Easy Choc-Mint & Kiwifruit Ice cream (Vegan Friendly)

Recipe thanks to Amy McKenna, our Palmerston North facilitator

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • Splash of almond milk

For the Choc mint:

  • 1 tbsp of cocoa

  • A drop of peppermint essence

For the kiwifruit icecream:

  • 2 kiwifruit

Method:

1. Add whichever flavour you would like to the base mix. 
2. Blend together and serve!
